People,

Please don't use that state. It's silly: there's nothing to QA (well,
maybe the decision to delay the fixing of the Bug), and the Bug has
certainly not stopped being a problem (as suggested by it no longer
being Open).

Instead, leave the bug in the Open state, and set milestone to future.
