Commit: remove plugins from menu architecture on unload

As the title says... small buglet still exists - 2 plugins can't be
named the same thing. Now we have "URL Dictionary" and "GDict
Dictionary" to keep things separate.

Thanks to Martin for cooking this up quickly.
