fix cursor change over images.
Make abi only draw once for a major speed up :-)

For this second fix, please test abiword and check that:

a: We get no pixel dirt
b: All text is draw/redrawn as necessary.

In my tests so far I not seen a problem so please let me know if something
crops up.

AbiWord is now really fast and it turned out to be very easy to fix
because we'd done a lot of the ground work already.
