Hi.

Karl Ove has done a marvelous job of synchronizing the two norwegian
translations. A few details still need to adressed on my part, but that
will have to wait.

This update will bring the bokmål translation in line with the current
CVS.

Sorry for not being able to submit before the 0.99.3 freeze.
