Many fixes but it still is not working yet.

The tokenizer is on the way to working.
"load" document appears to load a document without crashing but
"quit" after laoding causes a segfault.

Will work on this stuff while off-line over the weekend.

Sorry no more RTf fixes from me before 0.99.4
