I wasn't really sure how to do the submenu so I faked it. In doing some
testing with 0.99.4 and some more plugins, I see its not quite right.
For now its time to sleep, maybe I'll get a chance to look into it this
weekend. (AbiGimp's menu item ends up in its submenu, ...)
