1) HTML didn't export table background colors. Easily fixed
2) PS printing crashes when you've got a table in the document. The fix
is to lazy-fill the layout, and to use the current viewed layout to get
page sizes, #pages, etc...

There is still 1 MAJOR bug before we release - in XFT printing, the
fonts never get output to file. At least mine don't. So the files aren't
valid, and therefore won't print. Yick. Working on this now.
