Hidden text can be shown via the "Show
Hidden/Formatting Marks" button. They cannot yet be
printed, and I'm not sure this is the best interface
we could present to the user.

Revision hiding/accepting also seems to work fairly
well now, though there are some buglets left over.

Overally, this is some nice work.
