    Marc did 99.9999% of this patch. It's missing lots of
    polish, but it's easy enough to disable if we don't
    want it hanging around in RELEASE builds - 1 LOC
    patch.

    Do get it to work, insert an image into the doc, hit
    control + your left mouse button, and move images
    around inside of it. Release, the image moves.
