    This should be fine. However, I had the same, cause for some reason
    cvs.abisource.com coulndn't be resolved here as well (it is resolved
    fine now).

    Anyway, using the IP should work just fine:

    CVSROOT=:pserver:anoncvs@137.48.69.6:/cvsroot
