Commit: put images on the clipboard, paste them from the CB

    We now put image/png data on the clipboard when appropriate.

    As an aside, I had a talk with the GIMP maintainers this afternoon. They
    will start posting data to the clipboard (finally) and it will be in PNG
    format too, starting with the next unstable release.

    I also talked with some Mozilla and OO folk, and they're posting images
    and HTML on the clipboard as well. Images for Moz lie under the image/*
    domain, and the HTML now is UTF-8 data. We should be able to paste any
    image format that our IE_ImpGraphic class supports. So if we have
    GdkPixbuf or ImageMagick plugin installed, we're good to go in more
    sense than one.
