    I fixed this right before mg's last commit. He needed the auto-generated
    AbiWord.cpp (from AbiWord.xs) to actually be valid C++ code, which
    xsubpp begrudgingly did for me... Things in HEAD should work with both
    5.8 and 5.6 now, and possibly even older PERL versions. This is only
    SOURCE compatible(thanks to our friends #ifdef and configure), and not
    BINARY compatible.
