New Hebrew strings from Omer Zak.
LabelSet has to be merged with strings to add this to
HEAD...

Thanks Omer. Notice that for HEAD (new versions),
we've merged labelsets into the strings. Sorry this
makes more work for you now - but it makes it
easier for everybody in the long run.
I've added these only to the STABLE tree because of
this.
