Japanese can be written vertically (top to bottom, right to left across
the page) or horizontally (left to right, top to bottom down the page).
If the text will include a significant amount of the latin alphabet,
horizontal text is normal. In addition, ltr text seems to be normal in
tables, and is often used for titles, headlines, picture captions and
similar, even when the bulk of the text is vertical.
Will this value allow for that? Note that, as far as I know, both are
'normal', although vertical is more common.
