Problem compiling 1.0.5

    gcc-3.3

    Hi:

     When I try and compile Abiword 1.0.5, I get this error:

    g++: /home/planck/abiword-1.0.5/expat/lib/.libs/libexpat.a: No such file or
    directory
    make[5]: *** [AbiWord_d] Error 1

    If I look in ~/abiword-1.0.5/expat/lib there is no .libs directory.

    I run ./autogen.sh
    ./configure --prefix=$HOME/abiword-1.0.5
    and then make.

    What am I failing to do right?
