Hi all, our work on libwpd is beginning to really pay off: we now have
much cleaner lists architecture, which handles way more features.. I'll
forward our release announcement of 0.4.0 to the list when we're ready.
Marc: please test this.

re-integrate support for lists (now with bonus feature: continued
numbering across list boundaries!). bump libwpd version requirement to
0.4.0.
