Commit more mail merge work

So this almost lets us integrate mailmerge with
printing and file saving on the command line. I
introduced a new class - GR_GraphicsFactory. Its name
and usage is pretty obvious.

Apologies if anyone else uses AP_Convert.print() and
I'm unaware of it.
