Dom, thanks for the fast turnaround. I went ahead and
updated my source tree to CVS HEAD. Frustratingly I'm still
seeing incorrect behavior.
If the fonttbl has
\f0\fnil\fcharset78 Osaka;
\f1\fnil\fcharset77 Times New Roman;
I get proper HTML output.
But the japanese font is specified second:
\f0\fnil\fcharset77 Times New Roman;
\f1\fnil\fcharset78 Osaka;
Then I get junk wherever the japanese font is specified.
I'm at a loss as to how we can be seeing different behavior
(aside from the obvious: I'm using CVS HEAD source to build
abiconvert, while you are using it to build AbiWord.
I've attached two very small sample files, bad.rtf produces
gibberish, but good.rtf comes through fine (the only
difference being a swapping of the fonttbl ordering:
