Lots of nice goodies in here, including a few Ispell
crash avoiders, a few new API additions, better
Aspell/Pspell checks, Pspell sync's its wordlist to
disk, some APIs were better implemented, etc... All
users are strongly urged to upgrade to this release.

Also, there are GnomeSpell and GtkSpell patches that
make these front-ends use Enchant. If you use
Evolution or Gaim and want them to use Enchant too, go
grab these patches!
