BMP support

    Hello Kenneth,

    We talk about this time ago. I do not know what the status is but we need BMP
    support in the regular builds under win32. This is the native win32 format,
    without it, you cannot cut and paste graphics to other applications. A major
    problem for endusers.

    Is any possibility to include the BMP pluggin by default in the win32 build?
