    This is only implemented for Unix. However, it does NOT break other
    platforms (i hope), and does NOT make other platforms "disfunction". It
    only brings existing backend functionality to the gui.

    This adds 4 new strings, bad me.

    For platform maintainers: just add a drop down box to the format table
    dialog, and call ap_Dialog_FormatTable::setApplyToFormat when the
    selection in said drop down box changes. Should be a < 10 min fix.
