    Ok this is fixed now (at least it works for my MinGW installation),
    I forgot to cvs add aliases2.h (somehow overlooked it), I also adjusted
    the Makefiles as I forgot to take into account the one calling the
    libiconv/Makefile.abi previously did some of the copying of files.

    Now to see about a few of plugins and MinGW.
