    This is start of work on versioning control that I am planing to add
    alongside the revision tracking mechanism.

    For now, track open/save sessions and cumulative editing time.
    Importers and exporters can access/set current doc version and
    editing time through PD_Document::get/setDocVersion() and
    get/setEditTime(); history information can be accessed through number
    of getHistory*() functions and entries are added through
    addRecordToHistory().

    files: xap_Document.h, pd_Document.h/cpp, ie_imp_XML.h,
    ie_imp_AbiWord_1.cpp, ie_exp_AbiWord_1.cpp.
