each new doc is now assinged UID which it carries throught out its
life time; this allows us to trace document pedegree.

added some PD_Document functions for comparing docs:

    bool areDocumentsRelated(); // identical UID's
    bool areDocumentHistoriesEqual();
    bool areDocumentContentsEqual();

None of these has been tested extensively.
