    I have got the UUID class working on win32 now, and both
    UT_gettimeofday() and UT_getEthernetAddress implemented (the latter
    uses Netbios() call, so netapi32.lib needs to be linked against).

    I do not want to add ut_uuid.cpp to the makefiles at least until
    someone makes sure that both ut_uuid.cpp and ut_unixMisc.cpp compile
    and work on Unix. Once that is done, I will commit some additional
    changes to XAP_App and PD_Document.

    In addition, it is desirable that derived classes for UT_UUID are
    created on any platform that provides access to better source of
    randomnes than our UT_rand; only very little code is required to do
    this; details of what needs to be done are in ut_uuid.h.
