Implement "server" command to AbiCommand. Make convertToText more fault
    tolerant.

So the idea here is that if you type "server" on the command line,
whenever a command fails in AbiCommand it will open a file called
/tmp/AbiCommandErrorPID.txt and write something in this file.

Remotely running processes can look to see if the file exists after
issuing a command to AbiCommand and decide to do something.

Updated ConverToText.c to make use of this new feature. It now doesn't
hang if the file fails to convert.

    Cheers

    Martin
