location of AbiWord binaries & plugins

k, number of people recently have been complaining about AbiWord_d sitting
in /usr/share/AbiSuite-2.0, and similarly the plugins

I propose we please all of the people all of the time by installing
AbiWord_d in $(libexecdir) - wherever that may be - and the plugins in
$(libdir)/AbiSuite-2.0/plugins

I have patches to do this, but lack the conviction to commit them just
yet...
