    Endnotes mostly work now.

    Documents with endnotes and can be saved and read back from *.abw. RTF
    export/import and cut and paste will be added shortly.

    There are some glitches with cursor motion, and crashes in complex docs. I
    will fix these.

    In the meantime enjoy our new feature :-)
