Bug 1539: need new fields
Hub asks for a customizable date/time field for bug
1540, and I give him one.
If you enter anything in the "extra parameters" box,
you get a customizable field. If not, the behavior is
identical to strftime("%x %X"). You can enter "The %d
th of %B" and get "The 19th of February" printed out
(while I don't recommend doing this in practice).
