IMPORTANT:
wrapper script is no more, executable takes over as AbiWord-2.0
i.e., no more $(libexecdir)/AbiWord_[d|s]

o ditch wrapper; install binary as $(bindir)/AbiWord-2.0 (go figure)
o consolidate UnixMain.cpp & gnome equivalent; ditch gnome/GNUmakefile.am
o simplify gnome detection/configuration
