Changed plain English "en" profile Language from
Australian English to US English.
Added profiles for most right-to-left languages:
Arabic, Divehi, Farsi, Hebrew, Pashto, Syriac, Urdu,
and Yiddish.

For Arabic I've only doen Egyptian and Saudi for now-
add any other regions as needed.

Added A4 page size and cm units to all.
Please correct any that you know to be wrong.
