- nsis 2.0 beta on NSIS_20 branch
- add src/pkg/win/setup/abiword2.nsi initial update for NSIS 2

To use nsis 2 you need to check out the NSIS_20 branch
cvs -z3 co -r NSIS_20 nsis
and then add 'ABI_OPT_NSIS_20=1' to the make command line.

still TODO:
- add/update MSVC 6 project files
- fix MINGW makefile support

my plans:
update abiword2.nsi to use some of the nsis2 features
- see about localization of messages
- make use of nsis http downloader plugin for optional components
(dictionaries, plugins, ...)
