Save and readback a doc with a footnote. Delete para breaks following a
footnote.

Zoom and new windows with footnotes work too.

Things are basically sorted out here. The next big challenges are deleting
footnotes/undo insert foootnotes/undo delete footnotes.

After that the challenge will be to make the footnotes follow the page the
footnote reference is on.
