Teriffic development has happened over these past few
months, and by gosh, it's time for another development
release.

Requirements: Builds on Linux, QNX, Win32, passes
basic smoketests on my machine

Those aren't very much in the way of requirements, I
know. I'll email the list in a few hours with my
thoughts on a viable and coherent 2.0 roadmap, besides
bug 4468.
