    I was successful in surfing to the home page by using http://137.48.69.6/,
    but when trying to follow the Bugzilla link from
    http://137.48.69.6/developers/, I got stuck because the link is to the URL
    http://bugzilla.abisource.com/, which is not working those days.

    Can anyone suggest a way to directly reach the bugzilla by numeric IP?
