The attached patch HIGifies the Change Background Color dialog, at least
as much as possible. The color selector's widgets themselfes aren't
accessible through any header, so I can't do anything about their
spacing. Packing the "Clear Background Color" into the action area would
make the dialog look crappy as the aa is homogenous.
In addition, this patch adds a call to the dialog construction function
which removes the separator from dialogs by default and does some other
HIG compliancy magic :).
