    Modified rtf importer to support style-only import, so now styles can
    be loaded from doc, rtf and abw/awt files. Others should free to
    modify other importers where that makes sense; that involves:

    1. overwritting virtual bool supportsLoadStylesOnly()
    2. making sure that if getLoadStylesOnly() == true, nothing but the
    stylesheet gets imported (particularly watch for setting of document
    properties as in some formats these come before the stylesheet).
