[PATCH] Don't set bogus application name on UNIX

    Did you ever note that AbiWord windows get a strange name on unices
    ("AbiWord Application Icon")? This is the result of a weird GDK call sb.
    obviously unintentionally placed in our code base. The assumption that
    the gdk_window_set_icon_name [1] call sets the name of a window icon was
    plain wrong - instead it sets the applications name when iconified (i.e.
    minimized in terms of metacity). This name is kept even after
    unminimizing / uniconifying it.
    The attached one-liner fixes this.
