Fix table bugs. Selection dirt. fixes 4657

I put in a call to updateScreen(false) to remove all traces of selection
dirt which happens some times.

The result is that abiword now flickers bit after you remove a
selection.

Clarly it would be better to fix the remove selection code but there is
nothing obviously wrong. Perhaps this is some sort of race condition?
