This still needs a *ton* of work especially for corner
cases and combination cases, but this is a much much
better rendition of OO style importing. We now support
named styles in addition to automatic styles.

Named styles are like "Normal" and "Heading 1" that
might be builtin or user-defined through the
format->style dialog.

Automatic styles are what OO generates when you hit
the bold button.
