Tooltip does not change into native language

Hello all.

I tried the Malay translation string with the abiword 1.0.4 stable. It seems that the tooltip does not change into Malay, but the menu and the status bar works great. Is this common?

If it is not, anybody know what is the problem? Is it related to GTK not aware of Malay?
