SuSE packages

    Looks like the SuSE packages of 1.1.4 are going to have to wait till
    SuSE 8.2 comes out anyway, because of the Xft requirement, sorry guys.

    Also, having some problems getting 1.0.5 to build, they look similar to
    the build error that was posted over the weekend, but I'm going to try
    to do some more analysis...
