    Removes the menu bar from the Nautilus view.

    Martin - there's been a regression since your last
    commits:

    You get that by simply hitting the 'X' window
    decoration icon. Modeless dialogs also cause Abi to
    crash, since for some reason, Abi isn't remembering
    its managed frames. Also, we shouldn't be saving our
    window size @ exit when we're embedding inside of
    another application, such as Nautilus. The result is
    that our next window when run from outside Nautilus is
    friggin huge.
