--merge=file.tomerge --to=format

Sort-of works now. The long-standing bug that only
piece-table fields can export their values to things
like TXT and HTML prohibits this from fully working.
But that will hopefully be fixed at some (nearish)
point. When that works, mail merge will be 100% ready
and capable of taking advantage of it.
