Commit: lots of good stuff for the WP plugin

    Update the WordPerfect plugin with the following features:

    - Import table column widths
    - Import table positions
    - Import footnotes
    - Import endnotes
    - Import document metadata (william)

    Currently, this requires libwpd cvs head
