* Cleaned up spelling suggestion code a little. The
  dialog and popup code now resemble each other more
  closely and are easier to read.
  (there is more refactoring to come here, hopefully
  fixing some i18n spelling bugs once I'm finished)

* We were adding "abiword", "Abiword", and
"abisource" to the custom dictionary - now we only
add the correct "AbiWord" and "AbiSource"
