Cursor motion fixes, Remove cursor dirt when scrolling and cursor is
off page.
                                                                                
Now you can move out of footnote and endnote containers using the
up/down arrows. Doesn't work right if there footnotes/ednnote has broken
table around it.

Will fix this later.
