    word import (ie_imp_MSWord_97.cpp; fp_Page.cpp): fix in header code;
    commented out an assert in fp_Page::_reformatColumns().

    incr. loader (ap_EditMethods.cpp): changed the loader timer from 0.5
    to 1s - this should reduce the amount of time spend in the layout
    code during import without having significant impact on the user's
    perception; added logic to s_LoadingCursorCallback() to avoid most of
    unecessary screen redraws triggered by the loader.
