problem: Abi HEAD not run under WinME

    Hello!!!

    ap_Win32FrameImpl.cpp line 618 someone introduced this change in the win32 build:

    >a = RegisterClassExW(&wndclass);
    >UT_return_val_if_fail(a, false);

    It justs fails under Windows ME and AbiWord does not run. Please, test your
    changes under Win9X platforms, remember that nowadays are still the most used
    by the end-users.

    Do you want me to look into this?
