The attached patch renames most of the OK buttons in insert dialogs (for
now only those who rely on glade) to "Insert", as suggested by the HIG
(it's an action) plus it adapts some of the titles to their real values
which are by the localizing function.
Maybe I even will refine the button label, e.g. like "Insert Table".
Time will tell whether people are satsified with Insert.
Thanks to Anthony for pointing out this issue.
No screenshot this time, hopefully you're not disappointed ;).
